Royal Infra Projects grew out of civil contracting into a combined electrical and civil EPC business — executing HT & LT network construction, substation and switchgear commissioning, testing and maintenance for utilities, industry and infrastructure clients across Gujarat.

Civil contracting foundations
The business began in civil works — foundations, trenching, road crossings and reinstatement — building a reputation with utility contractors for finishing the groundwork that electrical schedules depend on.
Royal Infra Projects is incorporated
Formalised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to take on electrical scope directly rather than only supporting it — HT/LT network construction, RMU and DTR infrastructure, and underground cable conversion.
Electrical & civil under one contractor
Jointers, linemen, electricians and supervisors brought in-house alongside the civil crews, backed by investment in HDD machines, cable fault-locating equipment, utility detectors and survey instruments — so a trench, a cable and its termination are all our responsibility.
Executing alongside national EPC names
Empanelled and executing as a channel partner to L&T Construction and Rajesh Power Services Ltd., with work reaching end users including UGVCL, GUVNL, GSRDC, AMC, AUDA, GMC and NHAI across Ahmedabad and north Gujarat.
