Managing Head
Founded Royal Infra Projects in 2024, carrying the contracting experience that took the business from civil works into full electrical infrastructure execution. Holds overall responsibility for commercial direction, client and utility relationships, and the operating standards every project is measured against — with a focus on building an organisation where quality, cost, safety and process discipline are governed by system rather than individual judgement.
General Manager
B.E. Mechanical Engineering; M.Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology. Directs the commercial function across every programme — estimation and tendering, contract and rate negotiation, financial planning, banking and statutory compliance. Primary point of contact for enquiries, quotations, empanelment and partnership discussions, and owner of the measurement, billing and cost-reporting discipline that keeps a project transparent from award to final account.
Operations Manager
B.E. Mechanical Engineering. Holds responsibility for site execution — crew deployment, multi-site sequencing, material and plant planning, and enforcement of method statements and permit-to-work procedure on the ground. The operational link between the approved programme and the work actually carried out on site.
Execution depends as much on the functions behind the site as on the crew standing in the trench.
Qualified HT/LT jointers, linemen, electricians, site supervisors, surveyors and civil crews employed directly rather than subcontracted — supported by in-house HDD plant, cable fault-locating sets, utility locators and survey instruments, so mobilisation and diagnostics stay under our own control.
Programme scheduling, material take-off and procurement planning, plant allocation across concurrent sites, and the measurement and billing records that keep the commercial position aligned with physical progress at all times.
Method statements and site-specific SOPs, permit-to-work administration, inspection and test plans, pre-energisation test records, and the audit trail required by utility clients and certified management systems.
Route engineering, cable sizing, earthing and protection coordination, drawing preparation for utility approval, and as-built documentation issued at handover — the technical backbone keeping field decisions consistent with the approved scheme.
We run a scaled, in-house reporting and rectification model built for project efficiency — progress is captured daily against measurable units, deviations are identified the same day, and correction is carried out by our own crews rather than escalated into a claim.
