Rajesh M. Patel

Managing Head

Founded Royal Infra Projects in 2024, carrying the contracting experience that took the business from civil works into full electrical infrastructure execution. Holds the commercial and financial reins of the organisation — cost control across every package, overall project supervision, financial planning, and accounting and taxation. Sets the operating standards each project is measured against, with the aim of an organisation where quality, cost and safety are governed by system rather than individual judgement.

Avadh R. Patel

General Manager — Sales & Execution

B.E. Mechanical Engineering; M.Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology. Holds the senior relationships that win and sustain work — clients, government authorities and contracting partners. Monitors execution against the approved programme and owns quality oversight across concurrent sites. Primary point of contact for enquiries, quotations, empanelment and partnership discussions.

Harshal D. Patel

Operations Manager

B.E. Mechanical Engineering. Works at planner level — scheme planning, sequencing and work-front allocation — then monitors and controls delivery alongside Sahil. Coordinates with utilities, liaison departments and statutory authorities for permissions and approvals, and resolves the day-to-day ground-level problems that decide whether a programme holds its dates.

Sahil Patel

Regional Project Head

Runs monitoring at ground level across the region — guiding and consulting the workforce, and making sure what is built matches what was planned. Carries site reality back to senior management and coordinates between the crews, the client and the relevant authorities so decisions are made on accurate information.

Execution depends as much on the functions behind the site as on the crew standing in the trench.

Site Engineering & Execution

Site supervisors, surveyors and civil execution crews employed directly rather than subcontracted — supported by in-house HDD plant, cable fault-locating sets, utility locators and survey instruments, so mobilisation and diagnostics stay under our own control. Licensed electrical works are executed by our licensed contracting partners under our supervision.

Planning & Project Control

Programme scheduling, material take-off and procurement planning, plant allocation across concurrent sites, and the measurement and billing records that keep the commercial position aligned with physical progress at all times.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Method statements and site-specific SOPs, permit-to-work administration, inspection and test plans, pre-energisation test records, and the audit trail required by utility clients and certified management systems.

Design & Technical Support

Route engineering, cable sizing, earthing and protection coordination, drawing preparation for utility approval, and as-built documentation issued at handover — the technical backbone keeping field decisions consistent with the approved scheme.

Our Operating Model

Day-to-day reporting and in-house rectification.

We run a scaled, in-house reporting and rectification model built for project efficiency — progress is captured daily against measurable units, deviations are identified the same day, and correction is carried out by our own crews rather than escalated into a claim.

Daily progress capture — metres trenched, joints made, foundations cast and panels terminated, recorded against the approved programme.
Same-day deviation flagging — slippage, material shortfall or access obstruction reported the day it appears, not at month-end review.
Single-point rectification — snags and defects closed out by our crews and plant, or by our licensed partners under our coordination, keeping cost and schedule impact inside our scope.
Scaled across sites — one reporting format on every concurrent site, so multi-location programmes stay comparable and auditable.
