Company Profile

Engineered through experience.
Delivered through execution.

Royal Infra Projects is an electrical infrastructure and EPC execution company delivering 11 kV HT/LT networks, overhead-to-underground conversion and utility infrastructure for government utilities, principal contractors and infrastructure developers across Gujarat.

Established 2024 Integrated Civil + Electrical Execution Certified Management Systems Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
About Royal Infra Projects

From civil contracting to large-scale electrical infrastructure.

Royal Infra Projects began in 2024 executing civil works for utility and infrastructure contractors. Consistent delivery, competitive project economics and a willingness to take on the groundwork others avoided opened access to larger electrical packages.

The company now executes complete electrical scope — HT/LT network construction, RMU/DTR/FSP infrastructure, HDD, terminations, earthing and dismantling — alongside the civil work it originated in. That combination removes the interface gap where distribution projects typically lose time and accountability.

Growth has been matched by structure: procurement controls, inventory systems, measurement and billing discipline, and documented project management processes now govern execution across concurrent sites.

Why Choose Us

What we bring to a project package.

  • Large-scale 11 kV experience — HT/LT network execution at programme scale, not isolated jobs.
  • Integrated civil + electrical execution — foundations, cabling and terminations under one contract.
  • End-to-end project ownership — survey through handover, with a single accountable team.
  • 300+ KM HT cable experience — demonstrated consumption and handling capacity.
  • 1,000+ RMU foundation experience — repeatable, drawing-compliant output at volume.
  • 80+ KM HDD experience — trenchless crossings executed with in-house rigs.
  • Multi-front execution — concurrent work fronts without diluting supervision.
Multi-core HT cables bedded in open trench prior to backfill and reinstatement
  • Material & inventory control — issue, consumption and reconciliation tracked per site.
  • Competitive procurement — cost optimisation without substituting specification.
  • Structured measurement & billing — transparent quantities, clean documentation.
  • Government utility coordination — working experience with utility approval and permit processes.
  • Quality & safety-focused operations — permit-to-work discipline on live systems.
  • Systematic project management — planning, reporting and controls applied consistently.
  • Scalable execution capability — systems built to absorb larger packages.
How We Execute

A defined sequence, applied to every package

The same eight stages govern a single feeder and a multi-location programme.

  1. 01

    Survey

Route walked, existing services detected and site constraints recorded before design is fixed.

  2. 02

    Plan

Scheme, sequence and work fronts agreed against the client programme.

  3. 03

    Procure

Materials sourced to specification with rates and delivery locked to the schedule.

  4. 04

    Mobilise

Crews, plant and site infrastructure deployed to the approved front.

  5. 05

    Execute

Civil and electrical scope carried out to drawing under permit-to-work discipline.

  6. 06

    Verify

Testing, inspection and quality checks completed before energisation.

  7. 07

    Bill

Joint measurement, reconciliation and billing supported by full documentation.

  8. 08

    Handover

As-built records, test reports and asset details issued to the client.

Scaling Capability

Built to scale without losing execution control.

Capacity is only useful if control holds at the same time. We are building the manpower base, procurement controls, inventory systems and project management processes required to take on:

  • Larger project packages and higher-value contracts
  • Multiple simultaneous work fronts under common supervision
  • Multi-location projects across Ahmedabad and north Gujarat
  • Coordination of multiple contractors and sub-vendors
  • Complex electrical infrastructure and highway utility shifting
  • Large-scale overhead-to-underground conversion programmes
