From Grid to Ground —
Integrated EPC Solutions for Electrical Utilities & Infrastructure

Royal Infra Projects designs, lays and commissions the HT & LT power networks that utilities, industry and commercial developments run on — executed by in-house crews with our own HDD rigs, cable-fault diagnostics and utility-locating equipment, and delivered to certified ISO standards from first survey to final energisation.

Built for scale from day one

Founded in Ahmedabad with a singular focus: execution-ready EPC capability for Gujarat's electrical infrastructure buildout.

Today

Active on live utility circles

Executing OH-to-UG conversion, RMU/DTR and substation work directly, and alongside partners including L&T Infrastructure.

Governed by

Quality, Cost, Safety, System

Every site runs on the same four operating pillars — no exceptions, regardless of project size.

Ahead

Scaling toward Gujarat-wide reach

Growing our execution bench, equipment fleet and partner network for larger, multi-circle programmes.

Our Mission

Infrastructure supporting national development.

Through expanded networks, enhanced safety systems and dependable power distribution, we deliver the physical groundwork that Gujarat's utilities, industry and communities build on.

Our Vision

“Every cable we lay closes a little more distance between darkness and light.”

We build on the ground, for the nation — to a standard that doesn't stop at any border. Read our full story →

Where We Work

From the control room
to the open trench.

Our crews operate across the full voltage chain — inside energised switchrooms, on live distribution feeders, and along the routes that connect them.

Founder's Message

“A distribution network is public infrastructure. It has to stay safe and serviceable for decades after our crews have left the site — so the standard we hold ourselves to has to outlast the contract itself.”

That principle governs how we run every project: work to the approved specification and drawings, never to whatever is quickest; treat the schedule and the quoted cost as commitments, not negotiating positions; and accept that a shortcut which saves a day but weakens an asset is not a saving at all.

  • Technical integrity — executed to specification, tested before energisation, documented on handover.
  • Safety without exception — no task proceeds without the correct method, permit and protective equipment.
  • Ethical dealing — transparent measurement and billing, fair and on-time payment to every worker and vendor.
  • Ownership of outcomes — issues are escalated early and corrected at our cost, not argued over later.

Our Responsibility

The ground we work on, and the people on it, come first.

Electrical infrastructure work disturbs land and carries live-system risk. Our environmental and occupational safety management systems are audited and certified — but on site they exist as working rules, not paperwork.

  • Permit-controlled working — isolation, earthing and permit-to-work discipline before any live or excavation activity.
  • Trained, equipped crews — task-specific PPE, toolbox briefings and supervision on every shift.
  • Land reinstatement — trenches, roads and surfaces restored to specification once cable work is complete.
  • Minimised disruption — phased execution and utility detection to protect existing services and public access.
