From Grid to Ground —
Integrated EPC Solutions for Electrical Utilities & Infrastructure
Royal Infra Projects designs, builds and commissions electrical infrastructure across the full 11kV–66kV chain — HT transmission lines, substations & feeder bays, HT & LT power networks, street lighting, industrial electrification and solar integration — as one accountable EPC partner, backed by in-house crews, HDD rigs and cable-fault diagnostics, and delivered to certified ISO standards from first survey to final energisation.
Built for scale from day one
Founded in Ahmedabad with a singular focus: execution-ready EPC capability for Gujarat's electrical infrastructure buildout.
Active on live utility circles
Executing OH-to-UG conversion, RMU/DTR and substation work directly, and alongside partners including L&T Infrastructure.
Quality, Cost, Safety, System
Every site runs on the same four operating pillars — no exceptions, regardless of project size.
Scaling toward Gujarat-wide reach
Growing our execution bench, equipment fleet and partner network for larger, multi-circle programmes.
Infrastructure supporting national development.
Through expanded networks, enhanced safety systems and dependable power distribution, we deliver the physical groundwork that Gujarat's utilities, industry and communities build on.
“Every cable we lay closes a little more distance between darkness and light.”
We build on the ground, for the nation — to a standard that doesn't stop at any border. Read our full story →

A one-stop infrastructure partner, run to last.
We are built to take a project from the first site survey to final energisation without handing it between contractors — and to keep growing the capability, equipment and people behind that promise.
One-stop execution
Survey, design, civil works, electrical installation, testing and maintenance under a single accountable contract — no scope gaps between vendors.
Qualified project leadership
Engineer-led project managers plan, sequence and supervise every site, so execution stays predictable regardless of project size. Meet the team →
Smart, hands-on management
Lean decision-making and management that stays close to the site, not removed from it — so problems get solved at the point they occur.
Young, dedicated & scaling fast
A young leadership bench building for the long term, with the company's capability, equipment fleet and project count expanding year on year.
When a cable faults, hours cost money.
Our own fault-locating equipment and crews mean you are not waiting on a third party to find the problem.
We locate the fault within 30 minutes and rectify it within the hour — across all major cities of Gujarat.
In-house cable fault locators, utility detection equipment and HDD machines — crewed and on call.
Cable Fault Locators
Pinpoint HT/LT faults on live networks without exploratory digging.
Utility Locators
Detect existing services before excavation, protecting third-party assets.
HDD Machines
In-house trenchless drilling for road and utility crossings.
In-house Manpower
Directly employed, trained crews — not assembled per project.
Backed by the brands the industry trusts.

From the control room
to the open trench.
We deliver across the full voltage chain — from the routes and civil infrastructure we build ourselves, through to switchroom and feeder works executed with our licensed electrical partners.
Panel erection, busbar termination and pre-commissioning checks by our own site crews.
Protection, metering and feeder control line-ups.
Ring main units set, terminated and tested.
Trenching, ducting and multi-core HT cable laying.
Erection through to energisation.
“A distribution network is public infrastructure. It has to stay safe and serviceable for decades after our crews have left the site — so the standard we hold ourselves to has to outlast the contract itself.”
That principle governs how we run every project: work to the approved specification and drawings, never to whatever is quickest; treat the schedule and the quoted cost as commitments, not negotiating positions; and accept that a shortcut which saves a day but weakens an asset is not a saving at all.
- Technical integrity — executed to specification, tested before energisation, documented on handover.
- Safety without exception — no task proceeds without the correct method, permit and protective equipment.
- Ethical dealing — transparent measurement and billing, fair and on-time payment to every worker and vendor.
- Ownership of outcomes — issues are escalated early and corrected at our cost, not argued over later.
The ground we work on, and the people on it, come first.
Electrical infrastructure work disturbs land and carries live-system risk. Our environmental and occupational safety management systems are audited and certified — but on site they exist as working rules, not paperwork.
- Permit-controlled working — isolation, earthing and permit-to-work discipline before any live or excavation activity.
- Trained, equipped crews — task-specific PPE, toolbox briefings and supervision on every shift.
- Land reinstatement — trenches, roads and surfaces restored to specification once cable work is complete.
- Minimised disruption — phased execution and utility detection to protect existing services and public access.
Certified to work at utility standard.
Our quality, environmental and occupational safety management systems are independently audited and certified by Ranalysis Certification Pvt. Ltd. (IAF / EGAC accredited).
