From a civil contracting enterprise
to a structured EPC organisation
Founded in April 2024 on a construction site in Bavla, Royal Infra Projects grew from a small civil contracting crew into a certified electrical infrastructure execution company — one project, one client relationship at a time.
Today we design, build and commission 11 kV HT/LT networks, overhead-to-underground conversions, underground cable systems and substation infrastructure across Gujarat — backed by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification for quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management. Every project runs on the same discipline: eco-conscious execution, rigorous documentation, and a crew that treats a handover date like a promise.

Executed under L&T Infrastructure
Our first project executed under a principal contractor structure. Scope covered 11 kV infrastructure, OH-to-UG conversion, RMU/DTR foundations, electrical erection, cable infrastructure, underground works, and termination.
Robust OH-to-UG Conversion — UGVCL, Sanand
Executed under Rajesh Power Services Ltd.
Scope covered HDD, underground HT/LT cable laying, RMU/DTR foundations, electrical erection, earthing, HT/LT termination, dismantling of the existing overhead network, and associated material, inventory and billing management.
GSRDC Electrical Utility Shifting
